Steve Poole –

Group Managing Director, Steve Poole has led the MCS group, since acquiring the business in 1989. He has been the driving force in the success of the group, which has become one of the UK’s leading providers of systems solutions and integration. 

Steve has been involved in the industry for over 30 years and has worked for the business since it was formed in 1975.  

He has utilised his foresight and knowledge of the electrical and electronic controls industry, from grass roots level to high level software systems, to develop a group of companies, which is at the forefront of the latest technological innovations, with a client list including a number of household names and blue chip companies. 

Owing to his knowledge of all aspects of the business, working his way from shop floor to Managing Director, Steve has earned and retained the respect of all the MCS employees. 

Steve has a long-term vision for the future, this combined with his passion for success and his dedicated management team, has developed a commitment and strategy to continue the sustained growth and success of the company.
